Ribbon cutting with CbK Boutique Gym and LP Pilates
Join us for an evening of music and mingling as we celebrate the grand opening of our boutique wellness studio.
Cycle and strength classes stay small, so your coach can actually see you. Hand weights come out mid-ride, the playlist is loud, and nobody minds if you take the easier option. LP Pilates teaches in the same space.

Amanda Kato and Lena Peron are longtime friends. Amanda owns CbK Boutique Gym, Lena owns LP Pilates, and now the two studios share one space.

Strength. Trust yourself. We got you.
Times change week to week, so check the schedule before you come.
Reformer, Cadillac and mat work with hands-on coaching. Booked in person at the studio.
Lena Peron teaches Pilates on the reformer, the Cadillac and the mat. She coaches hands-on, and the focus is strength, mobility and moving with intention.
A table inside a frame of bars, springs and straps, for hanging, stretching and spring work you can’t do on the floor.

A sliding carriage on springs. Change the springs and the same move gets harder or easier.

Floor work with your own bodyweight and small props like light weights and a stability ball.
Lena books every Pilates session herself, so you won’t find Pilates on the online class schedule. Stop by the studio to get on her calendar, or email to ask about a time.
